Welcome to StorageSpace.lu. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Operator

​

Storage services are provided by Celestis S.à r.l., 11 Rue Eugene Ruppert, L-2453 Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Business Register under number B292274.

2. Agreement and Term

​

Your rental begins on the chosen start date and continues month-to-month until terminated by either party with at least 15 days written or emailed notice.

3. Payments and Fees

​

You agree to pay the monthly fee shown at checkout. Payment is made by credit card (bank transfer on request). Failed payments incur a fixed €50 fee. Access may be suspended until payment is received. We may adjust monthly fees annually by up to 5% based on the Luxembourg IPCN index.

4. No Deposit

​

We do not hold a cash deposit. We reserve the right to charge your card for unpaid balances, damage, lock replacement, cleaning, disposal of prohibited items, or enforcement costs.

5. Permitted Use and Prohibited Items

​

Units are for storage of non-hazardous goods only. No habitation, manufacturing, retail, or illegal use is permitted. Prohibited items include flammable, toxic, perishable, or illegal goods, weapons (unless authorized), or anything that could cause damage, infestation, or odors.

Units must be kept clean and properly locked. Sharing access codes without permission is prohibited.

6. Access and Right of Entry

​

You receive personal app access and a PIN. You must safeguard them and inform us immediately if lost.
We may access the unit with 24h notice for inspections or without notice in case of emergency or suspected breach.

 

7. Liability

​

We act only as a storage service provider and not as a classical depositary. Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to stored goods. Our maximum liability is limited to the total rent paid in the 6 months preceding any claim.

8. Default and Termination

​

If you fail to pay, store prohibited items, or breach these terms, we may suspend access, terminate the agreement, and dispose of goods after notice. Cleaning, locksmith, and enforcement costs may be charged.

9. Data Protection

 

Your personal data is processed according to GDPR for contract performance, billing, security, and legal compliance.
